Tasked with communicating to nurses that they should talk to their patients about meningitis B (MenB) vaccination, we thought about where many nurses spend their time—on social media.

We discovered that nurses post a lot, often complaining about their tough hours and constant need for coffee. So we created a relatable fast-paced video, called “A Day in the Life of a Nurse,” that reflects their daily lives and has a positive twist at the end that connects to MenB vaccination.

Direct Mail piece

Targeting the same audience of nurses, we carried this campaign through with a colorful and unique piece of mail that would likely stick out. In this piece, which nurses could re-visit as it would hopefully remain in the office in for a little while, we also added some of the “Why” behind the call to action and we directed them to where they could learn more about the dangers of meningitis B.
